São João Fest Illustrations
Reserva - Rio de Janeiro, 2023
Commissioned by Reserva, one of Brazil's leading menswear brands, to create the full illustration universe for their São João fashion campaign.
The project included a large-scale festival scene illustration used as an all-over print across the collection; individual character and icon illustrations; a bonfire, moon, ox, and lantern applied as embroidered patches; and pattern design for garments.
The work draws on the visual language of Brazilian Northeastern folk art, reimagined with a bold, graphic sensibility.
